【SY Wealth】Letter from our Founder: Commentary on our milestones in 2024

Dear friends, 2024 is about to pass. We sincerely thank all the friends who have accompanied SY Wealth all the way, and report to you the major events that SY Wealth has experienced this year.
1. In April 2024, SY Wealth moved to a new permanent home, and finally established a "home" belonging to our professional team and our clients. Here, at this brand new workspace, everyone can speak freely, collaborate openly, and look forward to a better future in this new home.
During our May 2024 trip to Beijing China, I personally visited Beijing CansBio Biotechnology, and as well as meeting industry colleagues in the Tianjin insurance industry and Shanghai legal services industry.
3. In July 2024, SY Wealth dispatched our business managers to Stanford University and UC Berkeley in Silicon Valley to learn about cutting edge technologies, strategic leadership, and advances in global climate change research. We held discussions with executives from Nvidia, Cisco, Stanford University, and had the honour of meeting Nvidia founder Jensen Huang.
4. In August 2024, SY Wealth participated in the another round of leadership and executive training course held at UBC.
5. At the end of August 2024, SY Wealth organized our annual client appreciation event, including a fun day of bowling entertainment and lunch event, along with our in-house accountants and lawyers to answer everyone's questions on the spot.
6. In October 2024, SY Wealth held a 20th anniversary celebration, inviting top executives and representatives of Canada's major insurance carriers to attend this milestone event.
New and old friends have witnessed the extraordinary 20 years of SY Wealth, which has achieved a leading and niche position in the investment, insurance, taxation, and estate planning field in greater Vancouver area. We've been certified by the MDRT Global Million Round Table for 12 consecutive years for its highest honour - Top of the Table.
7. Throughout 2024, we invited industry-leading accountants, lawyers, and education consultants to hold 5 financial and tax forums; wrote 35 blog articles on law, taxation, and estate planning on our online and social media platforms, and conveyed new policies and regulations to help everyone learn, master, and apply the most up to date tax policies and laws.
8. In 2024, we exclusively sponsored the individual tournaments of North American Bald Eagle Golf Association and participated in 12 competitions and award ceremonies for 6 months. This was another large-scale sponsorship after 2023, which greatly supported the local community and associations, and also participated in charitble fundraising for South Surrey's local hospital foundations.
